The Cleveland Monsters will host the Grand Rapids Griffins for Fan Salute presented by Car Parts Warehouse on Sunday, April 19 at 3:00 p.m. at Rocket Arena. The Monsters have secured their spot in the 2026 Calder Cup Playoffs, qualifying for the postseason for a team-record third consecutive season, and currently sit in third place in the AHL’s North Division standings.

Saturday’s annual end of the regular season celebration with Car Parts Warehouse will be a premier chance to show appreciation for Monsters fans’ steadfast support. The dedication of fans has resulted in the Monsters leading the league in fan attendance for four straight seasons, rounding the team’s 19th campaign with an 11,500 guests per game average. Fans attending Fan Salute will see videos in-game recapping the season’s most powerful moments, thanking attendees for the unmatched energy they bring to game days, and sharing the unique culture and fandom of Cleveland Monsters fans. Throughout the night, there will be a plethora of chances to win t-shirts, Monsters Prize Packs, and more. 

A highly anticipated part of the day will be the Fan Appreciation Mobile Scratch Off Ticket that includes the tradition of “Jersey off of Players’ Backs” as the grand prize. All fans in attendance will be eligible to enter to win one of the player’s jerseys through the giveaway. Every fan who scratches a ticket on their mobile device will win a prize, which include player signed photos, autographed hockey sticks, Rocket Arena concert tickets, and tickets to Monsters and Cleveland Charge games.

The Fan Salute 50/50 raffle’s jackpot will benefit BikeMS Team Left-Handed Brewery; tickets can be purchased during the game through the second period intermission via volunteers on the concourse and online. Additionally, the Monsters Community Foundation will host several auctions via DASH, including player-worn and autographed Cleveland Barons specialty jerseys. Auctions also offer opportunities to experience Game One of the Calder Cup Playoffs from glass seats, club access, or Rocket Arena suites while giving back to Northeast Ohio communities. Items can be previewed at the Community Corner across from Portal 6 on Street Level.

Center Ice will offer a special Fan Salute discount of 20% off Monsters Merchandise as the Item of the Game for the day. New this year, the discount will apply to select Monsters jerseys. Fans will get this discount in attendance at Rocket Arena and online at MonstersTeamShop.com. 

Saturday also marks the final Family Day presented by Jet Express of the regular season featuring Monsters Kid Meal Deals including a hot dog, soda, and chips all for $7.50.
