Discount on Nightly Suite Rentals for Monsters Games!
• Platinum and Premium Full Season members receive $500 off the price of a single game suite rental
• Gold and Premium Half Season members receive $250 off the price of a single game suite rental
*Suites purchased by MHC members will receive $250 in food and beverage credit for the night of your event
Be sure to download your MHC Digital Card to your smartphone to be able to receive your Center Ice Team Shop and Rocket Arena Concession stands discounts. The barcode will be scanned at all participating merchandise and concession stand locations.
If you do not yet have your MHC digital card downloaded to your phone or the barcode is not scanning, please contact your membership representative or stop by Member HQ.
MHC Members can purchase Gateway East Garage parking passes in advance for select games at a discounted price of $24 based on availability. You can secure these passes by visiting the Offers tab of your SeatGeek Account Manager (www.seatgeek.com/cleveland/offers) or by contacting your membership representative. Available dates are very limited.
- Gateway East Garage passes will be accepted starting 3 hours before puck drop for each game.
- If you have an advanced pass (paid or complimentary) for the Gateway East Garage, please be sure to stop and show your pass to our Guest Services team members at the entrance. If you park in the Gateway East Garage for a Monsters game without an advanced parking pass or without stopping to verify your pass with a Rocket Arena Guest Services representative, you will automatically be charged $30 by Metropolis, the management company for the Gateway East Garage.
MHC Members also have access to a special discounted parking offer through LAZ Parking in the Tower City Garage. These passes are available for $21.35 (after fees) for the majority of 2025-26 Monsters home games. Click Here to access this offer.
Drive-up parking in the Gateway East Garage should be available for most games this season outside of dual events with the Cleveland Guardians. Pricing for Monsters home games is expected to be $30. (Please note that all 4 regular season home games in the month of April are dual event dates with the Guardians, so drive-up parking will most likely not be available at all.)
