Tom Bourdon is entering his tenth season as Head Athletic Trainer for the Cleveland Monsters. Bourdon joined the organization in 2015 and has served in this role through multiple seasons in the American Hockey League. He previously worked as Head Athletic Trainer for the Springfield Falcons and Providence Bruins in the AHL, and for the Lewiston MAINEiacs in the QMJHL.

Bourdon is a member of the Professional Hockey Athletic Trainers Society and has contributed to league-wide initiatives as President of the PHATS AHL Executive Committee
