Mike Monti is entering his second season with the Cleveland Monsters as Video Coach. Before joining the Monsters, Monti served as Assistant Coach, Assistant General Manager, and Director of Player Development for the Omaha Lancers in the USHL. He has also held coaching and operations roles with the Florida Everblades (ECHL), Williams College, University of Vermont, Western New England College, Albany Academy, and several AAA youth programs.

Monti’s responsibilities have included video analysis, scouting, player development, and team operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management and psychology and an MBA from Western New England University.
