About Lydia
Hometown: Aurora, OH
Number of seasons with the Monsters: This will be my first but I was with the Cavs for a year prior
What do you enjoy most about working with the Monsters: I'm excited to continue connecting the community to accessible sports. The passion each team member brings to the organization makes me excited to come to work each day.
What is you favorite memory from working in sports: In the 2024-25 Cavaliers season, I co-led Breast Cancer Awareness Night. We organized a Human Pink Ribbon with over 100 cancer survivors and their families. It was a great night of support and connectivity.
Favorite sports teams other than the Monsters: Pittsburgh Penguins
Favorite thing to do on an off day: I love checking out thrift stores, estate sales, and vintage stores for unique finds for home decor and clothing.
Favorite restaurant in Cleveland: Amba in Hingetown
What is an interesting fact about you: All five members of my immediate family have blue eyes- most of my extended family does too.
Did you play any sports growing up: I was in ballet through eighth grade but stopped when the classes transferred to en pointe. Too afraid of broken ankles!
