About James
Hometown: Euclid, OH
Number of seasons with the Monsters: 4
What do you enjoy most about working with the Monsters: The theme nights. I am most proud of being a part of the Monsters rebrand including the logo and jerseys as well as the first professional outdoor hockey game at the Browns stadium.
What is you favorite memory from working in sports: Co-creating the Kareem Abdul Jabbar Social Justice Trophy and presenting it to Carmelo Anthony through the NBA and the Marcus Graham Project a non-profit program that helps minorities gain exposure through the advertising/media industry.
Favorite sports teams other than the Monsters: Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Browns. I'm less of a sports team fan and more of a fan of players.
Favorite thing to do on an off day: Watch a good tv series or movie, go for a bike ride, and a trail walk in a nearby Metropark
Favorite restaurant in Cleveland: The Original Pancake House NOT I-Hop! Technically not Cleveland, but located in Woodmere, OH.
What is an interesting fact about you: I was a part of designing the League Park entrance signage while working for the City of Cleveland. I would say it was my first introduction into sports design.
Did you play any sports growing up: Soccer in 8th grade. The sports gene skipped me!
