In the eighth of eight meetings between the two teams this season, the Cleveland Monsters, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets, drop the puck vs. the Laval Rocket, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Montreal Canadiens, on Friday with full coverage, live from Place Bell in Laval, QC, underway at 7:00 pm on FOX Sports 1350 “The Gambler”, AHLTV, and the Monsters Hockey Network.

 

MONSTERS PRE-SCOUT: Following a 1-0 road shootout win over the Belleville Senators on Wednesday, the Cleveland Monsters enter tonight’s game at 30-29-5-2 on the season. With 67 standings points, the Monsters currently rank sixth in the North Division standings and 13th in the Eastern Conference. Cleveland is currently led in scoring by RW Trey Fix-Wolansky (26-41-67), C Josh Dunne (20-16-36), and D David Jiricek (6-30-36).

 

ROCKET PRE-SCOUT: Following a 6-4 road win over the Milwaukee Admirals on Saturday, the Laval Rocket enter tonight’s game at 29-28-7-3 on the season. With 68 standings points, the Rocket currently rank fifth in the North Division standings and 12th in the Eastern Conference. Laval is currently led in scoring by LW Anthony Richard (25-33-58), C Peter Abbandonato (11-35-46), and LW Joel Teasdale (23-15-38).
