• If you are bringing a dog, your tickets must be in the designated dog area of Sections 110/M110 – 118/M118 in the South Endzone.
   
• Dogs are not permitted anywhere outside of these sections (110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, M110, M111, M112, M113, M114, M115, M116, M117, M118).
   
• If your tickets are not in the sections mentioned above, you must contact the Monsters office at 216-420-0000 to purchase new tickets in the dog area or have your previously purchased tickets relocated to that area.

We recommend purchasing tickets via a desktop or laptop as opposed to a mobile device

Saturday is a Monsters Family Day presented by Castaway Bay with $7 Kids Meal Deal – Hot dog, Coca-Cola products, and chips.

• If you are bringing a dog to the game, you must enter through the SERVPRO (South) Entrance, located on Bolivar Road across from Progressive Field.
• You and your dog will have in & out privileges at the SERVPRO (South) Entrance.
• You are responsible for cleaning up after your own pet whether inside or outside of the Arena!
• You must turn in a signed waiver for your dog! CLICK HERE to complete your waiver digitally. You will then see a link to “Please add this digital pass to your mobile wallet.” You will need to show that pass in your mobile wallet upon entry to the Arena.
  • Rocket Arena Team Members will have QR codes at the SERVPRO Entrance to fill out the waiver the day of the game, but it will speed up the entry process if you complete it ahead of time!
• Dogs are the only animals permitted to attend Pucks & Paws.
• There will be three local shelters present on the concourse with adoptable dogs including the Cleveland Animal Protective League, City Dogs Cleveland, and Muttley Crue Rescue CLE. (Each organization has it's own adoption policies, so visit their websites for details).

• Pick up a swag bag from the Monsters Crew on the concourse across from Portal 19, filled with goodies from our doggy-related vendors! Bags donated by VCA Great Lakes Veterinary Specialists. *while supplies last
