Frequently Asked Questions

Who is eligible to join Monsters Kid Nation?  Any child 12 years old or younger.

What’s the difference between the Free & Paid Membership?  MVP members receive additional benefits, including exclusive gear, discounts, and experiences. Additionally, MVP Members' packages are shipped to them.

How do I receive my Kid Nation membership?  Free Members may pick up their lanyard and passport at any game at the Kid Nation Kiosk at Portal 17 as they will not be shipped. MVP Members will have their packages shipped to them on a weekly basis, beginning on Monday, October 14th.

How will I find out about events and ticket offers that are a benefit of my membership?  All communication from the Monsters will come via the email address you used to register.  Please make sure that the e-mail address you’ve used is a good way to contact you.  Also make sure you are receiving e-mails from the Monsters (not caught in your spam folder) and feel free to reach out at kidnation@clevelandmonsters.com or 216-420-0000 with any questions.
