- The Cleveland Monsters handed the Belleville Senators their first regulation loss since January 18th on Thursday night with the 2-1 win. The Monsters snapped the Senators league-wide season-long 17 game point streak.
- The Monsters held the Senators to four and eight shots in the second and third period respectively Thursday night. These periods marked the 13th and 14th time that Cleveland has managed to keep Belleville's shots under 10 in a period this year.
