KEYS TO SUCCESS:

  • FORMER MONSTERS: The Chicago roster currently features two players that spent significant time with the Monsters organization in the past. All-time Monsters leading scorer Andrew Agozzino logged 67-98-165 with 201 penalty minutes and a +6 rating in 225 appearances for the then “Lake Erie” Monsters spanning parts of three seasons from 2012-15, while Brad Malone posted 29-46-75 with 263 penalty minutes and a -27 rating in 165 appearances for the Monsters spanning parts of three seasons in Cleveland from 2011-14.
  • MONSTER DEBUT: With C T.J. Tynan and C Zac Dalpe unavailable for Cleveland, recent Cleveland PTO-signee Miles Koules helped fill the void down the middle on Wednesday in Milwaukee and posted his first-career AHL goal in his Monsters debut, a 5-3 road win over the Admirals.
  • DYNAMIC DUO: Cleveland will have their hands full on Thursday vs. Chicago’s potent forward group led by the AHL’s leader in points (69) and assists (48), LW Kenny Agostino, and the league’s leader in goals (27), C Wade Megan.
